The room is spacious, clean, and tidy. The staff is also friendly. The food is delicious and has a wide variety. A little advice for the security guard standing next to us: if someone wants to park, please guide them, as they might bump into someone else's car, especially if they want to park at night.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Affordable yet luxurious, it's the perfect place to stay in Pekanbaru.

It was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious. However, the location isn't ideal, as it's located in a shopping complex. Every time we entered or exited, we were charged a parking fee. Luckily, we didn't have our own car.

A favorite hotel, a consistent choice for families staying in Pekanbaru. Comfortable rooms, close to the city center. Hopefully, a children's pool will be available in the future.

The room design is quite modern and spacious. The breakfast menu is quite reasonable for the price. The only downside is that some of the front desk and security staff are less than friendly when answering guest questions.
