Direct access to Sanur Beach, comfortable, cool and calm atmosphere

A very amazing hotel, the food is delicious, regret only staying one night here, should have stayed more than one night to enjoy the facilities.

Great things: very nice location, direct beach access, staff are friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out were fast, cottage style in lush garden, spacious room, generally clean, spacious restaurant, breakfast is pretty good, reasonable room rate and thank you for upgrading our room to Executive room. For improvements: room and furniture a bit dated (renovation will be great). Appreciate the glass bottle mineral water, but we still had to buy bottled water because they were not enough (it's not really about the cost, but more about preserving the environment - consider placing water dispensers in various points to allow guests to refill their bottles... some smaller hotel have done that). Understand that the rooms are in the middle of large garden, so we had the occasional bugs crawling in.. is there anything can be done to eliminate this? I didn't ask the staff, but is there a free shuttle to nearby places like Icon Mall?

All is good… Room was clean and comfortable… Was with a group of friends and no complaints.

Everything is good. Thank you for upgrading the room. Just a word about the tennis court, it seems to be under-maintained, as it's slippery and mossy, making it easy to slip and fall.

The location is good, and there is already a restaurant, a beach view so you can play in the hotel area comfortably.

Recommended hotel, cheap, beach access, complete facilities.. Worth it..

Loved my stay 💚 Bedding was a bit smelly though-doona and Pillows smelt like someone else's sweat. I stayed 8 nights and sheets/Bedding should have been changed in that time.

Water shower no pressure. Toilet smelly and need to wait for splash no water. Many insects.

The hotel is very quiet with a calm beach, the water is very clear. The facilities are very complete. The rooms are very nice even though the room ornaments are a little old. I will definitely come back.
