Stayed for one night and was very satisfied. The lobby is nice, the room is clean, and the breakfast is delicious. The rendang at breakfast is delicious, and the traditional snacks are also delicious. What was surprising was that the toilet bowl still had sanitary tissue installed, which is rare in other hotels nowadays. The place mat made of traditional weaving is also very attractive. Some things could be improved to make guests more comfortable, such as the AC noise which was quite annoying in the room, the hot water which was not hot enough when showering, and the fruit refill at breakfast need to be addressed.

The hotel's location is actually good, right in the city center. The hotel has been renovated to be a bit more modern and new, but it still has an old vibe. My only regret was staying on the 7th floor, where the Wi-Fi was terrible, and I couldn't use my phone's signal anywhere. Those were my only complaints during my stay at this hotel. The food and service were all delicious and perfect.

Every time I visit Pekanbaru, I have to stay at this hotel. Staying here during Ramadan is truly special. The food for sahur is delicious and varied. The hotel staff is friendly and the service is excellent. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is under renovation until the end of the month.
