The food is varied and tastes good.

This is our second time staying here, and the kids absolutely love the pool. Every time we visit Balikpapan, we always stay here.

1. Check-in time was very long, with queues lasting over 1.5 hours due to a lack of staff and slow housekeeping. At 4:00 PM, we still couldn't get a room. 2. Amenities were not up to 5-star hotel standards. 3. Staff were unfriendly, unlike 5-star hotels in Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Pekanbaru, Surabaya, etc. 4. Ordered trolleys didn't arrive for up to an hour, so we had to drag our own suitcases during check-out. 5. Hotel staff remained silent when complained about, and many guests were very disappointed with the service. The manager should be evaluated.

Overall, it was good, except for the check-in process, which involved waiting in line for over an hour for the room to be ready. This is understandable, considering the number of late check-outs, especially since it coincided with a long holiday. For a 5-star hotel, the in-room amenities lacked refrigerators and hair dryers. Other 4-star and even some 3-star hotels offer these amenities.

The kids are always happy staying at the Jatra Balikpapan Hotel, the hotel is integrated with a mall, the food is delicious and the staff are friendly.

The best hotel while in Balikpapan

Early in the morning, I just arrived from the location and was greeted and assisted by the hotel security and accompanied to the reception. Thanks a lot, I like it.

Strategic location, varied food, but the swimming pool was closed due to an event and no notification was given. If they had been notified, they could have arranged a time. Poor kids, disappointed to stay here because they were already wearing swimsuits and were turned away.

The room was spacious and clean. The food was varied, but there was a bit of a wait for refills. I was surprised with fruit and a cake delivered to my room.

Connected to the biggest mall and very close to Jl MT Haryono. They have to maintain plumbing systems and check the lights on the 5th floor.

The place is clean, the service is satisfying and friendly, I always come here every time I go to Jakarta, basically I am really happy to go to this place.

The room was spacious even though it's only a superior room, but the Wi-Fi connection was not too good, kinda slow and sometimes disconnects.

My first time staying here. Spacious, clean rooms, easy access to the mall. Great food and shopping.
