AC is not cold and I need to ask for fan but it only come almost 2 week after, the door is OMG is so difficult to open and We were lock inside and everytime I have to ask the receptionist to open the door room. The bed sheet etc it’s only change 1once in a week.. and the pillow OMG you better bring your own pillow hahaha…

The two bedroom room is quite good, strategic location.

I've stayed here several times and have been very satisfied with my stay. However, my stay this July was less than satisfactory. The hotel's sanitary facilities, pantry, and walls appear poorly maintained. It's not suitable for bringing children. I hope it will be better in the future

Very poor hotel, can not imagine Traveloka still recommend and open for reservation. Bathroom so dirty, room so small, but still very expensive. I think Traveloka have responsibility to put good quality hotel in the APP not those poor hotel ….

This hotel is actually the best. Sadly, the rooftop seems unmanageable, but overall, the room is super comfortable, and the swimming pool is amazing. Definitely will be back.

Lokasinya enak sekali tapi sayang tempatnya kurang begitu terawat. Harganya memang gak mahal tapi lebih baik lagi kalau tempatnya dirawat dan harganya bisa jadi naik juga. Kolam renangnya juga kotor sekali. Untuk kamarnya cukup luas.

The room is actually still okay, cleaned every day, it just needs extra care for the closet because the color is no longer white, it would be a shame if it was left because the place and facilities should be recommended, quite satisfied with the price and the room received, the service is good, you can even check in as soon as the room is ready.

The room size is quite big and comfort for couple. But, the service is poor and the interior was old. Need to maintain the lift, access door, water heater. It might be wise to renovate the whole building. I found out the location was quite good for holiday because most of the entertainment area were close. I think Umalas can be compete with other competitor if only after the renovation.

First entry, spacious, clean, comfortable. Clean pool. Makes you feel at home for a long time staying here. Will definitely come back again if we go to Bali

The elevator has been dead for a long time, it is dirty, the furniture is old, the receptionist has been replaced by a help boy who smells of body sweat serving, the sink is completely jammed, the old sheets have changed color from white to cream.

The staff are friendly and helpful, it isn't their fault, it is just the building isn't well maintained! The first room that we got was moldy and smelly and only one room left and it didn't get any better 😭 the sink is eww, the bathroom is smelly, the AC was noisy. The room light was so blurry and dark, no happy vibe at all:(we don't even want to sit on the couch, in fact it looks like it was the only thing that was clean, even the pillow sheet isn't white. We just booked for 2 nights, but end up check out in few hours because we can't stand it!

It's so bad I got a messy and scary room. Lots of stains on the sheets which are very uncomfortable and disgusting. Until I have to checkout immediately and not occupy it for the night. Please pay attention.

Hotel yang cocok untuk keluarga, luas dan nyaman, hanya kemarin problemnya di saluran TV saja, isinya gerimis dan semut semua. Untuk alat dapur bisa minta dan lapor dulu apa-apa saja yang dibutuhkan. Untuk kamar mandi sebenarnya aman hanya saja bathtub tidak bisa ditutup saluran airnya sehingga hanya bisa mandi biasa. Suasananya sangat tenang. Next mau staycation di sini lagi deh.
