I've stayed here several times. The staff is super friendly, and any complaints are addressed immediately. The room is incredibly clean and smells great, and the prayer equipment is also clean and fragrant.

It's actually pretty good for a budget hotel. Yesterday, I chose a smoking room, but it had no windows and poor ventilation, so I didn't smoke because it was so airtight.

Good place to stay, car park is a bit hard. You have to drive up to a silo-like pathway but apparently it’s very common for buildings in Surabaya to have a tight parking spot. Other than that it’s good, near shopping spots.

The location is strategic, walking distance to the hotel. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants outside the hotel, and a minimarket is located downstairs. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant opens late. They don't provide bottled water, but there's a dispenser outside the room where you can get cold or hot water. The room is quite compact, perhaps a little cramped due to the graphic wallpaper on one wall. The bathroom is quite spacious, but for Muslims, it's a bit of a hassle because there's no water tap for ablutions; instead, you perform ablutions from the sink due to the fixed shower. The AC is perfectly fine, located above the entrance, not directly facing the bed. The TV is decent, but doesn't have many channels. The placement could be improved, as it's too far forward and can easily be bumped. The room isn't very soundproof, so those with small children will definitely hear it outside. The atmosphere is quiet, and the room's fragrance is more of an oud amber incense scent. I recommend switching to Tea Lemongrass for a fresher feel, as the walkway and room have minimal windows, and the purple color scheme and warm white lighting are preferred. Good, friendly service.

The room was clean, and I got an upgraded room with a city view. It's close to the airport transfer service. There's an Alfamart downstairs if you forgot to bring anything. The room was clean, with a full range of toiletries, and the breakfast was quite varied. I stayed here overnight for a running event.

The rooms at the very end, with windows that are close together, can be disruptive if you have noisy neighbors. Overall, it's okay, and the price is also good.

I've stayed here several times. It's one of the hotels close to the airport. It's just a few meters away. There's a food court on the first floor. Across from the hotel is also a 24-hour dim sum restaurant. It's accessible by city bus. Check-in and check-out are very fast, and the service is friendly.

The phone can be called in but when you pick it up there is no sound.
