The receptionist was a bit lacking. In my experience at other hotels, usually during the check-in process, they will reconfirm the reservation, starting from the name of the person who booked, the type of room/bed, whether the room includes breakfast or not + information on which floor the restaurant is on. Eh, there was no confirmation at all. Well, the positive thing is that the check-in process was faster, but it was not very informative. Then the next morning I confirmed with the receptionist by phone, asked which floor the breakfast was on (coincidentally, there were 2 on the restaurant sign). I just said "I want to ask where the breakfast is at..." eh, he was cut off and answered immediately. Well, the positive thing is that the guy was visionary, he already knew what the question was, so he answered before the guest finished speaking. But, if I may suggest, it would be better to let the guest finish their sentence first, so that communication is more polite and comfortable.
