Breakfast was good, fast and efficient check-in. There was a power trip in my room, luckily had immediate assistance. Convenient location, few mins walk to KSL Mall.

The hotel is beautifully located between the Pelangi and KSL areas, making it extremely convenient. Although the property is a little dated, the room itself is well furnished, comfortable, and clean, with a gorgeous view. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was spacious and the food was a looott. It has a lot of varieties and the taste was good!

The room smells stuffy because it uses carpet, but the carpet is not dry.

The room was big, near the lift with 2 small sofas. There was a bathtub in the room, but the bathtub was small. To fully flush after a toilet break requires pressing the flush button for 30 seconds to a minute. Breakfast was okay with half-boiled eggs and prata that was made on the spot.

My go-to hotel in JB. Great location and amenities. Room is spacious with super single beds. The breakfast seems to have improved in quality and variety. Kudos!

This was not an experience that should happen at a 5-star hotel. The room was slightly small, the air-conditioning fan was very loud, there was no bathtub, no soap provided in bottles, and the locker had minor damage. The lobby is spacious, but there are many Chinese statues displayed. Parking space is ample, but the parking area smells bad and is dirty. Breakfast was quite disappointing. The selection was very basic with limited choices for a 5-star hotel. The dessert options were very few, and the overall food quality felt like a 2-star standard.
