Every time I go to Banjarmasin, I always stay at the Rattan Inn Hotel. The service is very satisfying, the food at breakfast is very varied and delicious. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel's location is quite strategic from the city center, the hotel rooms are spacious and clean, the hotel service is friendly and the food menu has many choices and is delicious, next time I go to Banjarmasin I will stay again at Rattan Inn.

A deluxe room doesn't have a refrigerator. I was disappointed. When checking out, I was asked if there was a hair dryer in the room. I said no. Then the receptionist said if you want a hair dryer, you can ask. Well, when I checked in, they didn't tell me, how come they told me when I left?! I used to love staying here, but how come it's become like this? Even the deluxe room doesn't have a refrigerator.

Still fun, but a little advice, if there is maintenance, it is better for guests not to be given a room next to the area that is undergoing maintenance, because the strong smell of paint or thinner enters the room so that we had to evacuate to the swimming pool during lunch time, it was really hot, the next day we were forced to endure the smell in the room because we wanted to rest but even though we were wearing masks, it was still very disturbing, and it lasted for a long time, making me nauseous and dizzy, I often stay here, so I hope it doesn't happen again in the future when I stay again

The hotel is really nice. The lobby is spacious and the rooms are large. The swimming pool is also convenient, as there's a restaurant for parents waiting.
