Friendly staff and the room is big

Hygiene not good, breakfast time people using their bare hands. Hotel staff did not check and never stopped people from using bare hands on food. Hygiene must be there. Other than that, all good.

Leaking AC and limited TV, old hotel

The hotel is big and spacious, the AC is cold

The room I booked was a twin bed, judging from the photo, the bed size was quite big, but once I got in it turned out to be the smallest bed so it wasn't comfortable....you can't use the picture as a benchmark for the actual room.

The dessert was okay, but the food lacked a bit of flavor, but it was great

The kids enjoyed their stay here. It's easy to get out of the hotel and everywhere is close by.

Overall, the best. Very clean, easy check-in/out, close to the city center and shopping areas, friendly service, delicious food, and a clean and comfortable swimming pool.

The hotel was very nice, but it was undergoing renovations when I stayed. The renovations were good, but not disruptive. The soap and shampoo were a bit limited, perhaps because I was staying for a day or because of that. It's recommended to bring your own soap and shampoo to ensure you're satisfied.

The floor is dirty with food crumbs, that's the only correction.. the staff is friendly, the food is okay, there is a warm water pool so it's comfortable to bring toddlers to swim..

Overall it's ok, unfortunately the TV doesn't have Netflix or Android TV and also the channels are limited and the channels are not clear.

The rooms are comfortable and the food is appropriate.

It's located 5 minutes from Batam Center Harbor! Highly recommended!
