Good, good service and the room is also clean

The AC is too cold. The thermostat can't be adjusted, so it's always freezing to the point of chilling. There's a swimming pool and a gym.

The room was pretty nice, and the lobby was super big. Breakfast was decent but not super fancy—not a ton of options. The pool was huge though. On the downside, there's a renovation happening, so mornings are super noisy. Also, there are no hand towels—only bath towels are available.

The service is so satisfactory that our office employees are more than happy to stay overnight here when on duty in Batam.

The staff was friendly. When I asked for a room change due to renovations, I was immediately given a new one. The hotel was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. The AC was very cold.
