Before I could check out, the housekeeping staff opened the door without knocking. Thankfully, she hadn't come in yet, and I was in the bathroom. I explained that my check-out time was 1:00, and I'd already gotten permission from reception. It was a mess. Why didn't they coordinate? I was disappointed.

The hotel is right in the city center and close to Lawang Sewu.

The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The room is clean and the location is very strategic from multiple culinary and tourist spots. It is great for its price range in my opinion. As a solo traveler who only needs a hotel as a base camp, I couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Our group had to catch the 7 a.m. train, so we didn't have time for breakfast at 6 a.m. But the staff were kind, and breakfast was ready by 5:15. And a full menu. Thank you.

The rooms are nice, the food is delicious, and my kids loved the breakfast. The bathrooms are clean, the service is excellent, and the security guards are also very responsive to guests.

The location was really strategic, very close to the city centre and government offices. Easy to access (by public transport and taxi). The staff are nice and friendly. The room is actually quite good and clean, however it is not soundproof.

Stayed here for one night. Overall, it was well worth the price, and the location is centrally located. The superior twin room was a bit uncomfortable, with two very cramped beds, especially the bathroom. Even worse, the sink was located outside the bathroom, in front of the door. This size also meant the direction of prayer (Qibla) faced the bathroom, making it very uncomfortable for prayer. There is a prayer room, but on a different floor.

Good services, all facilities function properly, and the restaurant serves good-tasting food.
