I was given a 10 dollar towel guarantee, but when I was about to check out, they said the money hadn't been given even though I wanted to return the towel😀

location verry near to bus station, 900 m from mrt stasion. when i arrived 7am at the hotel and i need to take a shower, the staff said that i have to pay 5sgd to take shower. the room was very small, people cant keep their luggage at the room so we need to drop at the luggage room at 1st floor. so we cant keep our things at our room. the hostel has lift so it doesnt matter to going up or down as alot as we want.

The staff are friendly and very helpful, I have stayed here twice.

I don't recommend it at all... even though I took the bf package, I couldn't eat because I was a few minutes late. And the rooms are mixed between women and men.

It's really fun here. The staff are all nice and friendly. Cleanliness is also good. Access from Changi Airport to Changi Airport is also easy. Recommended for solo travelers.

Great choice for sleeping. Give mostly everything you need, again, everything you need. Not good for staycation in bed (of course).

With a price below 400k, it's hard to get a light breakfast in Singapore.

Small and quite stuffy but with the price in Singapore, it is considered reasonable for people who only come to sleep. Breakfast is provided simply with bread, cereal and tea/coffee. Hot water and self-service bowls and chopsticks are provided. NVS notes that you need to turn on the switch right at the entrance to have hot water for bathing. At night, you also have to note to turn on the toilet light switch, otherwise there will only be a sensor light at the entrance but not the lights in each room

Good location, you can find restaurants and a supermarket easily.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful, I love them! This is my first time staying at the capsule hotel, so I didn’t expect the ladies only room would be so small, so the staff keep my luggage on the first floor. The bed is pretty comfy and they got 2 pillows. The hostel also provide a towel for you. They also serves some breads and cereals for breakfast. This hostel also very close to City Square Mall (Farrer Park MRT) and Mustafa Centre, like only 3-5 minutes walk.

Service and facilities are good overall. However, the room is too cold for my personal preference and the mattress makes sound every time I moved/turned so as a light sleeper, it kept waking me up at night.

Good, friendly staff, only there was a noisy foreign guest with his friends, luckily when we arrived the guest was about to check out.

The locker needs to be separate from the room, so tiny:(. The worst is the toilet so far away from clean:(lots of puddles in the room also in the bathroom.
