Everything's great. We forgot to mention to the hotel yesterday that the water heater in room 101 might need to be replaced. It just turned off when we ran out of water. We couldn't make coffee.

A fairly spacious, antique hotel. It's clean and has a swimming pool. Perhaps they could improve by providing hotel slippers, a toothbrush, and enough toothpaste (it's stated for two people, but everything provided should also be for two people).

I booked the room at 11 a.m. and told them I would check in at 5 p.m. When I arrived at 5 p.m., the room I was given was still dirty and looked like someone had just moved in. As a result, I was made to wait 20 minutes.

The staff are not all friendly, the room is big, but unfortunately it feels old-fashioned and the AC is a bit noisy, the television is old-fashioned and the picture is unclear when watching it and often cuts out, the phone doesn't work, so contacting the receptionist has to go to the FO first, the wifi is not smooth, there is plenty of water, the bathroom is big, unfortunately the bathroom already feels old..and the room smells musty, entering the hotel and the elevator also smells musty...for me, just stay here once.

The hotel is strategically located in the center of Denpasar, with various culinary centers, malls and government offices in the city and province only 5 minutes away. There is a shared mini swimming pool. Although the hotel design is old, the cleanliness is still OK, but it needs to be renovated or updated with some equipment in the room such as shower, closet, water heater, and others.

The rooms are large, spacious, clean and comfortable.
