I stayed at Ibis Singapore Novena for a week and the experience was fantastic. Conveniently located at the corner of Irrawaddy and Balestier Roads, opposite Zhongshan Mall with supermarkets and eateries. It's also about a 7-minute walk to Novena MRT station. The reception was friendly and helpful, particularly Shila, who gave helpful advice on the best time to book the hotel and enrolled as an Accor member to enjoy the best rates. The room was clean and well-equipped with premium water-filter disposable slippers. A special shout-out to Lulu, the housekeeper, who went above and beyond to ensure my room was thoroughly cleaned every day and toiletries were topped up daily. This hotel is reasonably priced with a high level of comfort, convenience, and service. I will definitely come back again. A special thank you to room service attendant Lulu, who meticulously cleaned the room daily and promptly replenished toiletries; her service was exceptionally attentive and thoughtful. This hotel offers a reasonable price while providing a high level of comfort, convenience, and service. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. One aunty in the restaurant was really kind to help us with refilling water, they’re amazing.

location is great, near novena MRT. the restroom 🚻 is bad 😔, cos it's small especially with the handicap like me

Very friendly hotel staff service and brief but okay explanation. Close to the mall, can buy food anytime, close to MRT. Clean room including bathroom, amnemitis in the room is very okay.

Clean room, clean toilet. That's the important thing. Amenities must be requested at the receptionist, such as toothbrush, comb and shower cap. New rule, there is written information in the room. Good location, close to malls and local foods. Just a bit far if you go to MRT. Taking the bus is quite close.

Hotel is clean. But the location takes up to 1,5 km to MRT station (not too close)-which not convenient if you carry things or raining.

Hotel a bit old. Our air conditioner broke down, staff were quick to move us to another room. Other than that, okay. Good location.

The pillows that are used in the room, should be no longer suitable, because the smell is extremely bad, until I want to vomit. Luckily, after the complin was immediately replaced with a new one. However, it was appreciated when my debit card fell in the lobby, when I was called and wa, so I avoided the loss.

Too many damage. The electricity socket is broken. From 4 sockets, only 1 sockets can be used. The TV remote is also broken. So I had to call the front desk for their assist with the broken facilities. Fortunately they are quite prompt with it. Internet/Wi-Fi is good.

Very clean and good breakfast.

Before the Guest Check in, better the Housekeeping officer check the Toiletries such as Soap and showering Gel. Luckily I brought my Travel kits, since I arrive at nite so there is anyone to serve the toiletries needs. Others is OK.

I give special credit for the problem solving effort from the team. The room was great, the service was great, and the fascilities was great. Will stay there again in next future.

Extra benefit room options. I feel no different from other standard rooms in areas close to local food court and supemarket.

Quite satisfying, they provide drinking water dispensers in the aisles which is quite helpful for tourists in Singapore.

The hotel is comfortable, but unfortunately the food is non-halal.
