The hotel was very good and comfy except that my visa card was overcharge and I suggests to other guests to bring in their own Rupiah currency and paid at the hotel with local currency to avoid this from happening again.

Kecewa banget. Nginep di sini, pas ke lokasi ternyata cuma bangunan usang. Ga ada orang. Ada tulisan dioper ke Urban Style Hitz Kuta, harusnya kan dikabarin dong kan udah tau itu kamar ada yang kejual tanggal segitu. Sampe di Urban Hitz, parah banget. Kamarnya bener-bener berdebu tebel, bau debunya sampe kecium banget. Kasurnya ngeres, handuknya kotor, kamar mandinya portable gitu. Jijik banget dibawahnya udah pada jamuran karena dari bahan plastik. Klosetnya pun ga bersih, ada kuning-kuningnya. Ngerti sih lagi pandemi, pemasukan sepi. Tapi bisa kan jangan maunya dapet pemasukan aja tapi gak ngasih kualitas? Kenapa harus jual kamar kalo emang belum layak huni.
