Improve service, cleanliness, and integrity

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel because it is close to everywhere and there is exciting culinary nightlife around the hotel.

The small room is quite comfortable, there is no public dispenser, and it would also be difficult if there was no water heater in the room.

I like staying at Everday, the access to kmn2 is close and around the hotel there are lots of food stalls so I can walk for a night culinary. suggestion is to make the food variants more colorful.

Hotel staff and service are good.

It's not bad, it's just that you have to pay 5,000 for parking every time you go out.

This hotel is no longer in operation and has been replaced by a one-sided hotel, an urban style biz premier hotel on Sunset Road, the quality of the hotel is poor, such as towels being neglected and everything is almost yellow with smelly pillows.

Kecewa banget. Nginep di sini, pas ke lokasi ternyata cuma bangunan usang. Ga ada orang. Ada tulisan dioper ke Urban Style Hitz Kuta, harusnya kan dikabarin dong kan udah tau itu kamar ada yang kejual tanggal segitu. Sampe di Urban Hitz, parah banget. Kamarnya bener-bener berdebu tebel, bau debunya sampe kecium banget. Kasurnya ngeres, handuknya kotor, kamar mandinya portable gitu. Jijik banget dibawahnya udah pada jamuran karena dari bahan plastik. Klosetnya pun ga bersih, ada kuning-kuningnya. Ngerti sih lagi pandemi, pemasukan sepi. Tapi bisa kan jangan maunya dapet pemasukan aja tapi gak ngasih kualitas? Kenapa harus jual kamar kalo emang belum layak huni.

Strategic place but rooms are a bit damp.

Very dirty hotel, smells of urine. duve like not replaced. The floor was never broomed. Very dusty. I booked a room for 2 nights, so I finally decided to use it for one night. because cleanliness is not maintained. and the receptionist is not friendly.

The location of the hotel is behind Kuta Central Park Hotel, the staff are friendly, the price is cheap, the location is strategic, bring private vehicles in and out must pay parking. Bedroom for 343, bathroom a bit smelly, hot water okay, no heather.

Overall quite satisfying but I will give advice regarding bathroom cleanliness. The floor was very slippery and the bathroom was very smelly. So that when I came immediately opened the bathroom so that the smell was slightly reduced and gave the bathroom a nice fragrance.

The staff is super good. The room is okay how come the bugdet is super comfortable hehe really worth it.
