The hotel staff is friendly, the room is okay, clean and comfortable. It's just that the WiFi is not good on the second floor. It's only good in the hotel lobby. Hopefully it will be better in the future

Stayed for 2 days but the hot water only ran for a day even though I was carrying a baby so it was impossible to take a cold shower & there was no kettle in the room.

Stafnya sangat tidak ramah. Atas nama Indah. Kami ijin mau late checkout jam 12.30 saja tidak bisa. Padahal di hotel-hotel yang lain bahkan bisa late checkout sampai jam 13.00.
