Is it because the building is open that the noise of the cleaning service staff chatting with each other can be heard quite loudly in the room and makes guests uncomfortable?

I paid for a double room - queen sized bed but was given a twin bed instead. The hotel informed that they will give the available room (left) for those who booked online. I mean what's the point of the facility of online booking where the customer can choose the room types, if the hotel can overwrite it anyhow they want. The FO even told me about the room when they gave my room key, not during the initial registration. Will never go back there.

Strategic location, within the city, close to dining and shopping areas, and the central market, perfect for families or those seeking privacy and solitude, working on tasks that require privacy without interruption or anything else. Thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly, it's close to the supermarket, the rooms are comfortable, the hotel grounds are clean, the breakfast menu is quite tasty, The cabana room has a hairdryer, and there's a balcony overlooking the pool, so you can keep an eye on the kids swimming from the balcony.

Hotel in downtown Mataram, cheap price but facilities and cleanliness are not cheap.

Comfort is the main thing so you can rest peacefully.
