Less clean villas like not maintained.

Dirty place.. the bathroom dirty and wet.. bathtub can’t used

Villa care is lacking, even though it is covered by friendly service.

I just enough to feel the stay here. I may give a value of 1-10, for the building badly destroyed, the swimming pool is very dirty, the lights are dead, the food is chaotic really bad, maybe it doesn't need to be fixed but the building just be rebuilt, thanks.

Actually I want to give a "fair" rating but the options are only good or bad, so I'm more towards bad so I can improve it in the future. Nice design hotel, we can upgrade to a 3 bedroom villa (large villa) should be happy but because we are a small family is too big, it's because we check in in the afternoon, because guests who occupy the villa that we ordered earlier, this should be according to the order right? can be switched, but I do not understand why it happens in a bigger villa the breakfast is very far from the expectations for the villa class, the building is quite old, somewhat less clean, there are no TV channels. Breakfast was unsatisfactory... pool was not maintained... quite far from the center.. Taxi was expensive to and from..

The worst hotel / villa I ever stayed. 1. there are no towels, because they have not been taken from the laundry, 2. the pages are very neglected 3. kitchen utensils are not ready: 4. the spring bed is not qualified, immediately forms a body arch. 5. dirty sponge 6. lots of insects on mosquito nets; 7. couch wood has been shaken; 8. the breakfast is poor. 9. The toilet hose water is leaking.

The villa is very lovely but could have been a bit more clean. There is a small kitchen but no tools, or cooking instruments, so bring those yourself. No water gallon, so you have to rely on wasteful water bottles. Pool is nice.

The villa is far from the city, suitable for those who want to be alone, first come the room that we ordered is said to be repairing electricity, so in the same room the master (upgraded) has a bathtub and when the first comes the bathtub has a lot of ants, lots of items, the service is quite friendly. The food is also pretty good, but since we are playing far away, it feels far from everywhere. The villas are totally awesome.

The villa is far from everywhere. I got a villa that was rather dark and we and my family got a midnight experience. It is true that some of the previous reviews; the mattress is rather dusty, the villa is less clean, the bathroom is also less clean, even the MCB electricity is often broken so the TV turns off. But the service and response of the staff was very good, the view outside was very good.

Good view, good outdoor but inside too old

Hope this review can be shown on the website, but I'm not sure! All they show in pictures are not from guest, trust me they will give you Villa No 1. 1 word: bad place. Oh 2 words yeah, I become a liar like this villa... Speechless! Don't know where to start for this villa. In room no 1, do not ever try this room! Your neck will broken because the TV is far from the table! Everything is worse in this villa, no spoon, no mug, dirty dispenser and dirty kitchen, bad kitchenette especially knife! For guest complain, they don't care, and I hope for our satisfaction to sleep, do not ever try this villa! Ever! I book for two nights but only 1 night we stayed, what about the money you already pay? Make it like donation for this villa! I pay for a good place, but I got this, this place teach me how to use online booking really! Location: far and hard to find what you need here! Villa ini sudah biasa untuk mendapatkan komplain tetap tidak menanggapi , karena dengan cara inilah mereka dapat uang! Bagi saya ini memalukan!

The view is ugly, I book for infinity pool but getting a normal pool is bad service thanks.

June 23, Minh2 book a vila apartment for 6 people, get 3 rooms, then add 1 child later, so extra 300k IDR is added, total I have to pay 3,378k IDR, about 6,250k VND / 2 nights. On the way: The way to get to Greenview is extremely bad, rugged and small, at first I thought the driver was going in the wrong place .. About the room: My sister chose a high room, very beautiful view but the bathroom smelled moldy, my sister with allergic rhinitis should be itchy and headache during 2 days here. The other room was geckled all night, making me unable to sleep because it was very noisy. I have asked to arrest as if the employee arrested as well, because there are so many children. About food: I had breakfast from the previous night and asked for 8am to have it because I needed to eat early to go to the airport, but until 8.30 am, the staff just started.
