It's worth it for that price, only the sheets and blankets have stains and lots of ants, but when I asked to move, I was given a room change but it was the same, the sheets had stains but the ants were gone, then the water heater wasn't hot at night, so I wanted to sleep and take a shower without hot water, but in the morning there was hot water, the bathroom walls were dirty, the floor also looked like someone had used the room but it hadn't been updated because there was only 1 toothbrush and half of the soap was left, luckily I was staying alone, if there were 2 people, what if there was only 1 toothbrush

For our team at the office, besides being close to the city center, it's clean and has decent service. Hopefully, things can get even better...

The room was quite dirty, the floor was dirty and made the soles of your feet black when you stepped on it. I had already informed the receptionist to clean it, but the next day it was still just as dirty (maybe it needed extra cleaning). The AC made a loud noise at first but it was fixed the next night (because the AC is old).

The staff is relaxed, not overly friendly, but the rooms are spacious and clean. They smell nice too.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is comfortable and clean, the balcony door handle came off and they immediately asked for help to fix it.

There was the sound of mice above Tia's room at night, the soundproofing was poor, but the repairs were forgiven because the staff had already said so from the start. Then the sink was clogged, the refrigerator was dirty, there was leftover drink water that hadn't been cleaned before I entered the room. The WiFi was slow. Hopefully it can be improved in the future. Thank you.

This is my third time here, as it's close to everything. There are loads of food vendors around the hotel, laundry services, and everything in between.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience. This booking was non-refundable, and yet the hotel showed zero professionalism or accountability. Prior to arrival, I was explicitly told that early check-in was possible and advised to leave a note on the website, which I did. Upon arrival, however, they suddenly changed their stance and stated that early check-in was only available if I upgraded to a “boutique room.” due to full room. This condition was never communicated in advance. There was no apology, no effort to resolve the situation, and no practical solution offered. I was left waiting for over an hour, wasting time and energy, while staff showed complete indifference. When I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager, I was told that no supervisor was available or reachable, leaving me with no escalation channel whatsoever. This reflects extremely poor service standards and lack of accountability. To make matters worse, the hotel is under renovation, which was not transparently disclosed. The whole “opening” feels rushed and shady, and the management appears unprepared to handle guests properly. Overall, the experience was questionable, disorganized, and deeply disappointing. I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone who values honesty, basic courtesy, or competent customer service.

I stayed at Rasuna Icon for 5 days and overall had a pretty good experience. The location is super convenient — close to Rasuna Said, so getting around Jakarta was easy. Room & Comfort: The room was clean and cozy, with a comfy bed that made it easy to rest after long days. Everything was well‑kept, and I appreciated the modern setup. Facilities & Service: The rooftop restaurant was a nice surprise — good food and a chill vibe with city views. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay feel welcoming. Housekeeping kept things neat every day. Downside: The Wi‑Fi wasn’t reliable during my stay, which was a bit frustrating since I needed it for work and keeping in touch. Also, breakfast could use more variety, especially if you’re staying several days. Overall: For the price and location, Rasuna Icon is a solid option. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and easy access to the city. Just be prepared for spotty Wi‑Fi if you’re planning to work online a lot.

I was very lucky to get a room with a balcony for less than 500,000 Rupiah. Overall, I was very satisfied when I checked in and immediately entered the room. It was as advertised on the app. There was a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and a sofa in front of the TV. The TV was a smart TV, just choose one, and the Wi-Fi was quite fast. The bathroom wasn't as cramped as the deluxe room. Breakfast was included, although the variety was limited, but it was still very good. I'll definitely come back here again next time.
