Highly recommended for families

Stayed for 4 nights. The first day, we were given a room with a non-cooling air conditioner, but the staff quickly moved us to a fully cooled room. The room was cleaned daily and towels were changed.

Comfortable, cheap with a location close to UGM.

The food was pretty good. But in the future, I'd like to double-check whether the food served is cooked properly, as on the first day, my chicken was still cold and undercooked. The room's cleanliness was okay. If possible, provide liquid soap, not bar soap. The sheets I used didn't seem to have been changed during my 4-day stay there, as they had dirty stains on them from the start, even though I had already requested a replacement by putting a sign on the mattress.

The hotel staff was friendly. Check-in was quick, even though I arrived in the middle of the night.

The hotel was quite comfortable and in a strategic location. However, the rooms could use more thorough cleaning. There was still a lot of dust, especially around the power outlets and under the bed.

A 2-night stay. The food was standard (actually, it would have been more exciting if there was Jogja's signature gudeg). Unfortunately, the staff cooking the eggs (a bit plump) were less than friendly. Even a simple "thank you" didn't respond. Perhaps a little friendliness would have been helpful (e.g., "Please, Sir/Madam," "With pleasure," "You're welcome"), as the hotel's reputation is primarily about service and hospitality. I'm offering this feedback because I have high hopes for further progress. It's a shame to be so proud of the institution's reputation.

This is an old hotel that's still very well-maintained. The breakfast isn't extensive, but it's not bad for a morning meal. A small suggestion: perhaps provide a cup for rinsing your mouth and brushing your teeth.

I wish the internet connection could be more stable.

One of the top choices when visiting Yogyakarta. Close to public facilities and easy to reach.
