Overall, everything was okay, although I had to pay double because I checked in at 3 a.m. and continued until the next day. They said it was the hotel's policy that check-in starts at 3 p.m. But that's okay, the hotel was comfortable and clean. Thank you Square Hotel. Oh yeah, there's also a coffee shop and lots of food stalls downstairs, so just take the elevator down. Next time I come here again.

Had to check in at exactly 2:00 PM. Greeted by cockroaches (greeted by dead cockroaches in the room). Old building. Gym equipment is mostly broken. Towels need to be renewed. Quiet. Finding coffee and food is easy because outside the apartment is a busy campus area. Comfortable room. Secure parking area. Easy to access. Clean swimming pool.

I stayed in an executive room with my family, but the staff forced us, not advised, to add an extra bed because we were considered overbooked, citing hotel policy. Is there really such a policy? The facilities are excellent: clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are quite large, and there are plenty of food vendors and laundry facilities in the surrounding area. Cleanliness is quite good, though it could be improved.

I vacationed in Surabaya with my children. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. Food was easily found in the two supermarkets downstairs from the hotel, as well as at local vendors. I simply crossed the hall to the PCU campus to check where my children were studying.

It's quite far from the culinary center and the city, but overall it's okay.

The most worthwhile part is free access to the pool and gym. The view is definitely of the city lights.
