The room's AC often turns itself off even though it's not on a timer, which leads to a lot of mosquitoes. Hopefully, this will be fixed in the future.

Although a 3-star hotel villa, the atmosphere is different: very peaceful and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, exceeding expectations; one room can even accommodate up to 8 people due to its size. Although there were only six of us, the villa felt like it could accommodate up to 30 people.

The atmosphere is pleasant, calm, and quiet. My main attractions were the swimming pool, Wengi Market, Suntoloyo Cafe, and the traditional stalls in front of the hotel.

This hotel feels like an old hotel. It needs an upgrade, befitting its star rating. The location and view are great, not far from Ganjaran Park and other tourist attractions in Trawas. The rooms are quite comfortable and clean, and the courtyard and parking area are very spacious. Surprisingly, the hallway leading to the rooms is completely unfit for a 4-star hotel. The walls are covered in plywood patches, and the floor isn't granite or even ceramic. There were cigarette butts and UHT milk cartons in front of our balcony, and in several places I saw sagging roof tiles and loose wooden lobby battens. The bed backdrop is old-fashioned and peeling. I saw a lot of guests staying there, so this hotel is selling well. Considering that decent hotels are rare in Trawas, it would be a shame not to upgrade.

The room was clean and comfortable. The downside is that the elevator is too far from the reception area, which can be problematic for elderly guests who can't walk far.

The pillows and bed smelled musty, there were several cockroaches in the room, it smelled of cigarettes, and the bathroom was dirty and had cigarette ash. Even though I'd booked a non-smoking room on the app, I hope this can be improved, considering this is a luxury hotel.

I stayed in a 3 bedroom villa, the villa was not well maintained, the curtains were very dirty, the doors were rotten, the interior was time to be replaced.

Stayed in a 3-bedroom villa, the building is very poorly maintained, the terrace chairs are bad, the bathroom smells and is dirty, the TV doesn't work, there is no telephone, so if you need anything you have to go to the lobby which is more than 50 meters away, there is no crew to eat at the cafe. The plus side is the staff is very friendly, I feel sorry for them, the management is not at fault. Oh yeah, the hot water is great, no problem, and the surrounding environment is nice.
