This year's vacation at Medewi Bay Retreat lived up to expectations. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. The room was okay, but there weren't enough outlets for charging your phone. By the way, overall, I'll recommend this to my friends.

We have stayed at Mandewi twice, the hotel is comfortable, quiet and the breakfast is delicious, perfect for resting after a long journey.

Friendly staff, standard room is quite spacious, comfortable, complete amenities, hot water works well, breakfast is delicious but a la carte, happy to stay here.

I've stayed here several times. Check-in, whether day or night, is always greeted with a friendly welcome. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms are undeniable. Breakfast is delivered on time, the staff is friendly and helpful, and Wi-Fi now reaches the rooms, previously only available in the restaurant. Overall, I'm satisfied.

a comfortable hotel, close to the beach that feels like a private beach, super duper friendly service, even if you come in the middle of the night, it's just that there is a slight smell that makes it uncomfortable, maybe because the location is close to the garden.

The place is quiet, for those who don't like crowds it is very suitable because 80% of those who stay are foreign tourists.

A very recommended place to stay. The ambiance was very peaceful, the staff are very nice & helpful. I booked studio junior suite room which is very clean, spacious, with complete kitchen equipment, and also there is a sofa bed. A very generous kind of hotel 👏

From the start, check-in was problematic. They didn't know we had a booking. We arrived at 8 pm, but none of the rooms were ready. We had to wait 2 hours for the room to be ready. I want to upgrade to the Kamat type, I don't know the price. Breakfast is also a problem, given the room package menu. But we can only take 1 menu and not a package. If you take fruit, just fruit, if you take omelette, just omelette. Where is the name of the package, it means 1 set. There is a main course + dessert + drink. The staff doesn't know the product and is rude. Their complaining guests were even angrier than us. What a bad service I've ever stayed! We booked 5 rooms, and all rooms are spooky!

Untuk tempat masih ok, cuma suasananya agak spooky sedikit ya karena bangunan tua yang berantakan, bikin takut banget kalau tengah malem harus keluar kamar. But overall pelayanan stafnya membantu banget! Komplen AC tidak dingin langsung sigap untuk pindah kamar.

The swimming pool is clean, the room next to it is being renovated so there's a lot of dust, the breakfast is a bento system, maybe because of the pandemic it's so quiet. I missed my blanket but the hotel didn't tell me anything. But overall it's worth it, the price is that much, bo murce.
