It was nice staying at here. The location is near a bus stop and a 7-Eleven. The room is clean, and having a bidet is a plus for me.

Nice service, and very helpful from officer at front desk. The room very clean, and the bathroom also very clean. Air conditioner its work very good. Its the 3rd times I stay at Fragrance Kovan. Thanks for all.

Quite good, although there are not so many options for food. And the room is quite dark because of the lamp. Other than that is good if you stay for 1-2 nights.

I am celebrating my birthday at Fragrance hotel kovan with my wife on the 9th Dec 2022, the morning shift front desk name call EJ and Din is very friendly and helpful to me, and also the night shift front desk two ladies very friendly and helpful to me, fragrance hotel kovan team has done a good job on the service side keep it up, the room is very clean, me and my wife enjoy staying there for a night over there.

Very clean and spacious. Housekeeping mostly female and the males staff are safe. Very quick and efficient in cleaning. Good for this pandemic to stay. Overall good choice for budget hotel. Just the door is spoil for the bathroom.

Standard for a 2 star hotel. Far from MRT have to take a bus to the nearest MRT.
