The kids love it; the food is delicious and there's plenty to choose from. Snacks are also delicious, and the location is strategic.

Every time I go to Purwokerto, I always feel comfortable staying at Aston.

Strategic location. However, the hotel looks a bit old and there are no hair dryers in the rooms.

The front office staff was rude and didn't smile much. The breakfast menu lacked variety and tasted mediocre. It really fell short of Aston Hotel standards. The Wi-Fi was also intermittent, and the hot water was incredibly difficult to adjust. It was very hot, and when you turned it down, it became cold.

Staycation! Strategy locations in the heart of Purwokerto city, you can go to Rita supermall for only view minutes, gor satria purwokerto, traditional market and also the hotel near the restaurant rumah pawon, you can also enjoy things to do at the hotel such as gym and pool. It was good experience thanks to the reception checked us in, we got room with pool view, spa reception help to send someone to show me how to use the treadmil, the pool was clean and fresh, room attendend kind and i like and appreciate the attitude that he removed his shoes when entering the room for extra bed, night reception also help me to charge my phone, the person during checkout also helpful he try to get comb for me at the lobby asap, thanks also for bpk. Toro kind, polite, and also others which i can mentioned all. However, I was quite disappointed as my parents and I had to wait for almost an hour to resolve the extra bed issue. Considering the hotel did not seem very crowded at the time, I believe it could have been handled more swiftly. A small gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way in enhancing the guest experience. That said, I do appreciate the 50-50 decision that was eventually made. I sincerely hope that in the future, decisions can be taken a bit more promptly to ensure guest comfort remains a top priority. Thanks for the hospitality and i look forward to stay again at ASTON, keep shining in the heart of Purwokerto city. First time visiting Purwokerto for a vacation, our choice of accommodation was Aston Hotel Purwokerto. We chose a hotel that is experienced in its field, so that our comfort is maintained even though we are in a new city we have visited. Very friendly staff, checked in for 1 night, but because we liked the city and were comfortable with the hotel, we extended it and got a bigger room. The food is delicious, the cleanliness is top notch. It will be our vacation destination again and we will still stay at Aston Hotel.

very good location, city center. for those looking for conns room. do not choose deluxe premier (renovated) because there is no conns room. conns room is only available in the old deluxe. standard breakfast, bad gym facilities, suggestion: clean the equipment every day.

It's getting better, the TV is also a smart TV, 👌

Strategic location, in the city center, breakfast menu has many choices and tastes that suit your taste...

The location is near GOR Satria, if you want CFD, you can walk there. The direction to Baturraden is also close, just go straight up. Strategic location.

Staff and employees are all friendly and helpful, good cleanliness, strategic location, city center, overall good
