The hotel is good but the service is very unsatisfactory, we checked in at 14.00, we should have been able to enter the room at 15.00 at the latest, but until 16.30 we could not enter on the grounds that the "bed sheet/bed sheet" was not ready, it was still being washed and we asked for an estimate when we could enter they arrived at 16.30 and couldn't confirm when we could enter the room, then we asked to meet with the PIC on that day and all of them were on holiday. What we handled, it turned out that the kitchen person was right after we complained and wanted to cancel the booking, he also invited no responsibility even answer the phone to cancel to the online agent, we have to take care of it and it turns out that it can't be canceled by our side, it has to be from the hotel, they were slow to handle us after 17.00 more or less the bed linen came we thought that day it was getting dark and it will be difficult to find a new hotel, like it or not we were forced to late check in to taum without any compliment. This villa / hotel is not recommended, it is better to go to Alantara, the hotel is a little more expensive but satisfying and friendly and there are no exceptions to handlers even though we are local guests.
