The hotel staff is very helpful, the location is near the bus stop but a bit far from the MRT station, there are lots of food stalls around.

Good location even not near to the downtown, but the access near the bus station and the good point is two way street. We can have breakfast at Whampoa Hawker. The room is clean.

Strategically located hotel to everywhere

During my stay at this hotel, I suffered a first degree burn (as confirmed by doctor) after accidentally touching a bathroom tap that became very hot to the touch. There was no warning signage near the fixture. The incident was a distressing and painful experience, and I hope the hotel will review its bathroom fittings and safety measures to prevent similar situations, especially for families with children. Staff were polite during our interactions, but I believe clearer safety precautions would help improve the guest experience.

Well, so far so good. It just turns out there are so many branches, so it's a bit confusing.

Close to everywhere and the staff is very friendly

The place is easily accessible. Variety of food is available. Shops are within walking distance.

The hotel is nice, neat and clean. It has a bidet. It's just a bit far from the MRT. The MRT to Novena is a 20-minute walk.

family friendly hotel, especially for 2 adults and 2 children, next to the hotel there is a mini convenience store like indomar***/alfama** with atm (always check the exchange rate), across there is a 23-hour Indian-Malay-Indonesian food stall, 5 minutes walk especially in the morning can reach the whampoa market (fruit-vegetable-meat market) with dozens of halal and non-halal food stalls.. Staffs there are so friendly, they offer us to store our luggage while waiting for the next flight. The room is exactly like the photos, but however the wall and floor likes to get foggy.
