I liked the property but I wish it was better. Location is good. Not really seaside but ok. Villa was huge. Facility ok. Breakfast should be better.

Clean rooms, complete facilities, friendly staff, satisfying service, parking area is also spacious. If you want to watch dolphins in Lovina, the location is directly opposite the villa, so you don't need to be far away, look for dolphin tourist spots. And close to other tourist attractions too, next time will come here again.

Good place to stay. Spacious room. It is just that the villa is kinda old open bathroom. The water in the bathtub is slightly broken so that the water is small. The bathtub is rather rusty.

For rooms according to the photos but for the exterior it looks like for a different type of villa, so it needs to be updated. right on the beach, the yard is spacious, unfortunately yesterday there wasn't much exploration of the pool. For a standard F & B price, it feels like an extra bed 400rb / night inc.breakfast the employee is a bit awkward with the guest maybe because the employee is all the lighting in the terrace area is minimal, the villa and parking area is spacious.

I was a little lazy at first. I asked to stay in the Lovina area, because they thought the hotel would be "just" aka normal children's language. "But when they entered the villa, they were very happy and wanted to stay more than overnight! 🤩🤣 Clean, complete facilities, and very comfortable, love it! Very recommended hotel 👍🏻👌🏻👌🏻

My experience of staying here was pleasant, the staff were friendly and polite. Only the maintenance is not noticed by the owner because in our villa the drainage channels overflow and produce an unpleasant odor. But our outline is to stay there. And will definitely be back during the holidays later.

The hotel does not have a generator when the electricity is off.

It's good just in the villa to note also the contents of an empty refrigerator, missing the kitchen tools. Usually local guests prefer to cook in the villa with family. But for a good villan satisfying.

The villa at Gino Feruci Lovina is very nice, first the place is very spacious, especially for families, secondly the service is also very good and friendly. The design of the hotel is also interesting. Very impressive. It's just possible the addition of sand on the beach of Lovina which is located in front of the hotel needs to be added again to make it more extensive and exotic (in my opinion yes) and will certainly add hotel visitors.
