We stayed on July 14, 2026, for a business trip. However, our room 511 was uncomfortable because the AC was leaking and the room wasn't cool enough. Perhaps the relevant parties ensure the room is in good condition before checking in so guests can rest comfortably. Perhaps it was because we got the low price of Rp 647,745 using the app. I've also stayed at the Santika Hotel in West Jakarta several times, with prices roughly the same, with only a slight difference… I only stay at hotels that are comfortable. Please pay attention in the future. Hopefully, I can stay again next year when the dealer visits. Thank you.
