Fun, friendly staff, fast service, happy in short.

It's my first time here but I'm already really happy, the place is quiet, the staff and security are very friendly, the place is clean and close to culinary spots, there's a minimarket in front of the hotel, next time I go to Tretes I want to come here again.

It already has a bathtub... It's really cool, and it's close to culinary spots. There's an Alfamart in front, so it's easy to do last-minute shopping.

The hotel staff was friendly and check-in was quick. The room was clean, but unfortunately, the TV channels were limited and the picture was unclear. More channels would be recommended to enhance guest comfort.

I have stayed here several times and it was very impressive.

I booked 3 rooms and I got rooms 518, 519, and 520. Some lamps in the rooms were not functioning. The bedrooms were not ready yet, but they were given to me. Almost all rooms were still dirty, and I could still find some food leftovers on the floors. There were no towels in any room, and I had no soap from the hotel. Yes, I know I can ask for them, but usually, they are already in every room upon check-in. I don't think I will come back here again.

I've been a regular at Royal Tretes every time I visit Tretes. With its pocket-friendly prices, friendly staff, and quiet location, it's far from the hustle and bustle.

I ordered a double bed, but the mattress easily split to the right and left. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi speed was so slow that I had to use my mobile data to access the internet. Overall, the service was friendly, and the location was quite strategic. Hopefully, these things can be improved in the future. 🙏🏻

Got a promo price and voucher, superior room is only 190 thousand 😍 can be early and late with additional costs that are still affordable. Expired keycard ask for help from the staff immediately helped, we just wait, all special requests are fulfilled. The downside is that the hotel needs to be upgraded again even though it is supported by friendly staff and existing facilities, it just needs more maintenance to be more jossss

The room needs some renovation. It's a shame the breakfast isn't a buffet, as they only have six people staying. Oh yeah, replace the balcony railing; the wood is rotting.

Hotel Royal Tretes is highly recommended for a vacation. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the facilities are complete.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and great views. It's also right in front of Alfamart, so you won't have to worry about finding food.

Room 519 is less recommended, overlooking residents' laundry. The pool area is dirty, and many of the facilities are damaged. Breakfast is à la carte only, not buffet-style due to the lack of guests.

The hotel staff is friendly, the receptionist who replied to my WhatsApp messages was also friendly. However, the first time I stayed on a weekday, the night felt quiet, especially in the executive room, as if I were alone. But on the weekends, it was really busy! There was only one thing, when I stayed, the sink in my room suddenly got clogged. Luckily, I used to work in a hotel, so I tried to open the sink pipe, and it turned out there was a plastic bag from a previous guest's soap that might have gotten stuck in the sink pipe. I might suggest checking the sink pipe to prevent something like this from happening again. And overall, it was comfortable.

My first stay at this hotel was very memorable. The hotel and rooms were always clean. The food was delicious, but I found the menu to be lacking in variety. I'll stay again next time, and hopefully the menu will be more varied.
