Great, clean rooms, good service.

I had a great time with my family here. They have a playground, pools, and cafes. The buffet breakfast and everything was to my taste. But the power socket is out of reach from the bed.

Today I was checking in room 701 and 703, everything was wonderful except when breakfast came. I was really disappointed, there is no coffee and tea in the morning. When I asked the waiter, they said there is no coffee in a standard hotel. Really guys, please. No variety in the buffet and the buffet was so messy, what standard hotel do you have?

Everything has its pros and cons. The downside is, at the beginning of our booking we already gave a note, please book a room in front of the pool. If the room we booked was not the type of room in front of the pool, why didn't the hotel confirm it to us???? After all, we didn't make a sudden booking, right???? Or was it because we didn't have enough time to book the 2 weeks???? If so, wasn't there a space to contact us???? Secondly, we think there is a parking space not only in front of the hotel. But why is there still a lot of parking outside the hotel???? Why isn't it moved???? Then thirdly, this hotel is located far from anywhere. There are rarely any people selling around it, there is only a minimarket (Alf*mart right in front of the hotel). Fourthly, the bathroom usually has a water spray (can be used for rinsing), but this one doesn't have one. The only spray is directly from the toilet.... Next, we think it needs a lot of improvements considering the hotel is 33 years old..... Lastly, regarding Wi-Fi, it's quite slow. My family and I ended up using a cellular data package..... Sorry one more thing, the television channels are very limited..... The rest is a plus in our opinion.... Good in terms of service, breakfast is also delicious, the hotel view is special, the parking attendant also directs & finds the way/space, the swimming pool is clean (but unfortunately the other swimming pool is not functioning).

The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness, both around the hotel and inside the room. The floors, furniture, bathroom, and wardrobe were all well maintained. The basement parking area is somewhat limited, with additional parking available outdoors. One area for improvement would be the hot water, as it was not warm enough, especially during the morning and evening. However, the surrounding view was quite pleasant.

The staff is friendly and very helpful.

The floor of the room was dirty, as if it hadn't been swept, the sheets were dirty and smelly, the bathroom was moldy, and the lights were dim. There was hair in the drain that hadn't been cleaned. It was filthy. The TV had lines, and the phone didn't work. Never mind, I won't be coming back here.

Comfortable, but there are some things that should be upgraded

It was a lot of fun, and I will definitely be back there again.

Hot water available only for shower. It provides 2 towels, drinks, coffee, tea, TV, Wi-Fi. No gym.

The hotel staff is friendly, the environment is peaceful, the rooms and hotel facilities are complete, and the road access is easy.

Although the hotel is an old building, it's very clean and not at all scary. The staff are very friendly and kind. I forgot my child's phone, and when I asked, they found it right away. Thank God. Thank you, all the kind people. The most tiring part was probably the walk from the elevator to the family room, as elevator access is limited to the third floor.

The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the room was indeed old. It was spacious, but the towels and sheets still smelled, and the Wi-Fi was intermittent. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere.

Okay, the price is reasonable if you want to find a cool place, foggy nights, and a view of the city.

Great, the staff was very helpful from check-in to check-out. There was an event on Saturday where we bought something, but because my wife and I were sick, the staff delivered it to our room. The food was delicious. The room was clean, and the communication between the staff and us customers was smooth and helpful.
