1. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the lobby was nice. 2. For the price of 750,000 Rupiah after VAT, this room is not recommended. 3. There was no refrigerator. 4. There was only one key, no chain lock, so it felt unsafe because it was easy to open from the inside for those with children. 5. The sheets were dirty with stains and sauce. 6. I booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room that smelled of cigarettes. 7. Irons and hair dryers were not available in the room; they had to be requested at the front desk. 8. As a 4-star hotel, the TVs in the rooms aren't smart TVs, and there's no minibar (small refrigerator). The Wi-Fi is also slow.

The hotel staff is friendly, suggestion, if possible at the beginning of check-in let them know that there is a free parking card specifically for hotel guests.

When I wanted to check in at 11.00 WIB, I was not allowed, even though I was very tired and sleepy after a long journey, and I had to wait until 14.00 WIB before I was allowed to check in, even though I had checked in at another hotel at 10.00 am and was allowed.
