the room its really disgusting washroom cant lock ac also not working room also its so dirty even wifi its not working

Everything is good, just need to improve the cleanliness

It's a nice hotel, clean and comfortable room. Staff friendly.

Could improve in terms of bed sheet set, pillow cover was quite dirty & looks old. Please improve it. The AC also looks like it's been a long time, like it hasn't been serviced for a long time. The coldness is not felt.

The place is nice and good, suitable for a staycation but don't want to leave the city

This hotel is not recommended for families with children. Because the smell of cigarettes can be smelled not only in the corridor but also in the bedroom which the staff said was a non-smoking room. In reality, it still smells of cigarettes.

The room was dirty as if it had not been cleaned, the toilet hole was dirty, yellow and crusty, there was no hot water heater, the sheets were stained with dirt, very disappointed. The food was very inappropriate.

There are always stories about being told to check out suddenly without a good reason. I always give you more tips if you are diligent and not very good as a customer and suddenly you are told to check out without a clear reason?

The lobby floor is muddy, the towels are dirty, the towels are white but full of black spots and smelly. Also, the towels are not ready in the room, you have to ask for them several times before they are provided.

Not recommended. Dirty room floor, dirty toilet, TV doesn't work, internet is complicated. For the price of 300 without breakfast, it is highly not recommended.

The hallway smells of cigarettes, the AC is not cold, the windows are dirty and dusty, the towels and sheets look like they haven't been changed. I just checked in and went straight out to a new inn. The rating and photos of the rooms are very inconsistent with the original. Very detrimental.

Parking there is parking for cars, car parking is included in public parking. The first day there were no towels, given on the second day. The TV remote and AC remote did not work.

For the cleanliness of the bathroom and towels must be further improved. The breakfast menu and breakfast facilities can be improved again.

When I first arrived at the hotel lobby, the receptionist was not always on duty, so I had to wait for the staff to come out. The check-in process was smooth, but I started to feel uneasy as soon as I entered the elevator. The hotel hallway leading to the room was dim and smelled of cigarettes. The table and corners in the hotel room were dusty and full of ants. The towels looked like they had been used by someone else. The bathroom amenities were simply put together. The bathroom was never brushed. The room windows were rarely cleaned. I checked in but left the hotel right away. Criticism for Traveloka: hotel ratings do not represent the actual condition of the hotel.

The internet network is slow and the drinking kettle is dirty.
