This is my first bad experience. I couldn't even check in until 4:30 PM. It was really strange, just to get to my room, I was told to wait for a free room. I booked a deluxe room, not a standard room. The air conditioner leaked, and I was given a twin room even though I booked a large single bed. Breakfast was mostly empty and there was no refill. I won't be staying here again. Unprofessional customer service for app purchases.

The AC in the room leaked badly and the wallpaper was peeling (it looked like some rooms on the 6th floor needed maintenance). But the food was delicious and the menu was varied.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast is varied.

The hotel ignored our special request (smoking room) on the app, so we didn't get a smoking room, even though we'd booked it well in advance. The bathroom smelled bad, and the bedcovers smelled of urine. The clothes hangers were rusty, and there were gaps in the door even when it was tightly closed.

The surrounding area has a lot of culinary delights when the breakfast variety is not satisfactory.

Overall, everything was good. My stay from May 11-12, 2026, was a bit uncomfortable due to the presence of a group of children from Java. They were noisy and banged on my and my husband's room door (our room was 804) in the middle of the night, which was very disturbing. They were screaming and running around like they were in a jungle, very rural.

The room is clean, comfortable, thank you for being responsive in accepting my reschedule.
