Hotel yang paling oke di sukabumi menurut aku ya. 2 malam di sini sangat menyenangkan. Lokasi strategis, gampang cari makan n hiburan 24 jam. Ada pool, kids play. Mantap. Pertahankan ya.

Hotel ini sangat ramai dan kadang-kadang cukup berisik karena selalu ada yang bicara kencang di koridor kamar. Kamarnya biasa saja, malah kamar mandinya sebenarnya agak kelihatan kotor terutama di dekat wastafel. Tetapi stafnya sangat ramah semua, baik di hotel maupun di restoran. Ini membuat suasana menyenangkan. Saya khususnya merekomendasikan Yusril di resepsionis yang sangat membantu ketika saya perlu mencetak beberapa dokumen.

The room is noisy, there is a very loud sound from the bathroom.

The staff other than the receptionist are all friendly. Receptionist whose friendliness should be further improved. But all other facilities and staff are very satisfactory except the receptionist.

The toilet smells bad, maybe the closet and bathroom drains are united so even though there is an exhaust fan it still smells.

The facilities are okay, the price is right, the children are happy, it's close to anywhere, especially the culinary. Next time I will stay here again. Thanks.

Hotel yang ramah. Staff dan pelayannya sopan dan ramah banget. Hotelnya nyaman, bersih dan cozy buat family karena gak susah nyari makanan, resto nya enak dan bisa 24 jam kalo pesan dari room. Mantap deh. Rekomen buat menginap di sukabumi.

A very recommended stay in the center of Sukabumi city! Thank you for the 5 star service, all the staff are friendly and very helpful, thank you for your hospitality for us in Sukabumi! Business hotel-style rooms but very comfortable, complete facilities and lots of beautiful spots for photos. Only the parking is a bit narrow especially if there is an event, but security is ready to help until you can park.

The new hotel is ok overall but they don't serve breakfast, and the car park is narrow, euy .

The service is good and the employees are friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is comfortable. It's just a shame there are no hotel sandals.

One-stop hotel services. It's cool. Rate that much with maximum facilities.

What I like while staying here are the cafes with various menu variants that children like.

The friendliness of the security, front office and staff are very friendly, the facilities are quite complete, but unfortunately the room is not clean, this is also clearly visible on the window curtains like they have not been replaced/cleaned for a long time because they look like bloodstains stuck to the curtains and make an eyesore and make us so amused to see it, maybe for hotel management to pay more attention to this.

This price doesn't have sandals, but it's not the same as breakfast, but then it's expensive. Borrow a prayer tool from a torn love.

The staff is very friendly and there are many choices of places to hang out. But unfortunately, the bath soap in the room ran out. Already asked for a refill in the afternoon, because it took so long, I said it would be 15 minutes later. Oh, don't come again. The second one at night asked for a refill, waited until I fell asleep, didn't come either, that's refillan. Finally slept with a sticky body because I didn't use soap. Oh, I ordered in the application with a message for honeymoon room decorations. Boro-boro is decorated, the soap is not refilled. Repent already.
