The staff was friendly, but the deluxe rooms were extremely poor in terms of cleanliness. Dirty pillowcases with black spots and marks, itchy sheets, dirty window curtains, and a dead and neglected window garden were quite an eyesore.

The staff were all friendly and smiling. I had no issues during my two-day stay; it was clean and tidy. The room was spacious. I'd come back if I had time. Recommended.

A regular every time I go to Puncak, the rooms are clean, access is easy, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. The Palace Hotel is the best!

It was a nice holiday, but it was too far from the city center.

Please improve the room facilities. The toilet is hard to flush, there aren't enough power outlets, and the water supply isn't enough. Otherwise, it's good. It was a good first experience with my wife.

The hotel is comfortable, the food is delicious.

Of the 3 rooms we used, room 1208 had a leaky shower, room 1206 had a rather dirty bathroom.

The staff are all friendly, the facilities are okay although there are some "points" that need rejuvenation and more cleaning, but overall this hotel is one of the best choices for a break in the Cipanas area.

Booked two rooms. One was comfortable with a view of the play area below. The other room immediately smelled of shrimp, overlooking the parking lot below. This may have been because the room was directly adjacent to the kitchen, and the cooking aromas wafted in through the balcony door.

The breakfast is very complete, unfortunately I went there for hiking so I could only have fruit for breakfast.. Next time I will stay there again.

Staying at this hotel is very enjoyable for families and children. There are lots of games, a swimming pool, a playground, a spacious garden, and you can play with animals like rabbits, fish, goats, geese, etc. Overall, it's okay. The air is also very cool.

The staff are all very friendly. The hotel is clean. The food is varied and delicious. The room is clean and quite spacious. Just right. The only thing I wish was the TV, which is Android. Will be back soon at Palace Hotel.
