I stayed here for two days. I often entered and exited through the lobby, and the front office staff never greeted or even said hello. They were indifferent to guests. They weren't very friendly when asked questions. I think I'm the only one who felt that way, but my friend felt the same way. The last room service order was 8, but they were already closed at 5:30. The bathroom needs a periodic general cleaning to keep it clean and not yellow. The linens are okay, but the furniture, especially the wardrobe, is still dirty, especially the top one, which is very dirty. The housekeeping staff was very welcoming and provided what we wanted. I hope Citradream will develop and improve the quality of the rooms and human resources. Periodic training regarding hospitality is probably needed.

I didn't stay here even though I'd already paid. The lobby was already uncomfortable, not the staff. The elevator didn't resemble a hotel elevator like a freight elevator, and there was no scent either. When I entered the hotel, I was greeted by a dark, eerie atmosphere. When I arrived in my room, the scent didn't reflect the hotel. There was no calming scent, but rather a musty smell. The bathroom wasn't pleasing to the eye either. The room felt very stuffy. Bad, bad, bad This is the first time I've had to change hotels.

The location is close to traditional markets, Kranggan Market, Pathuk Market, and other markets that offer delicious, must-try traditional cuisine. The rooms are generally comfortable and clean. For those who enjoy morning walks, explore Malioboro, Pathuk, markets, and the promising city center of Yogyakarta. If we ever visit Yogyakarta again, this hotel will be our favorite destination.

wrong date but no help to reschedule

Stayed for 3 nights due to work. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and the spices were delicious. I didn't expect a two-star hotel to have breakfast this good. Bathroom amenities included only toothbrush and toothpaste, no soap or shampoo at all.

The front desk staff didn't greet guests and offered no flexible check-in times. Information coordination between staff members was poor. I hope this will be of concern and improve our service to every customer. Hopefully, Hotel Citra Dream will continue to improve over time.

Arrived at 2 o'clock and was allowed to check in, the room was clean and fully equipped, the room was spacious, the price was affordable, breakfast included, I regret not staying here earlier.

The breakfast is delicious and there are several menus, there is tea, coffee too.

The location is quite close to the station and close to iconic Yogyakarta attractions. The staff is friendly. If you need comfortable accommodation at an affordable price, this hotel could be an option.

The hotel is strategically located near the Jogja Monument. The price is not too expensive, but it's quite comfortable.
