I always stay at this hotel when I return home. However, my last stay was less than clean, with the sheets and pillows smelling and having a slightly yellowish tint. The toilet was full of grime.

Not the best budget hotel, but just okay. It's fine for business trips, but for vacations and staycations, it could be better.

The hotel is located very close to the city center, next to the Waroeng Steak restaurant and close to a convenience store. Although the parking lot was full, the staff was responsive and offered valet service. Check-in was fast, and we were offered the best view. The room was clean and quite spacious. The breakfast is an area of improvement, as there's not much variety and the taste is standard, but overall it's worth the price. Thank you.

Sounds from other rooms were still clearly audible, and when I stayed there, someone brought a fussy child, making it a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was fine.

The staff was quite friendly, check-in and check-out were quick. The food variety and taste were good for the price. Room cleanliness should be reviewed; the bathroom was a bit smelly, and I found a small cockroach-like creature in my room. However, the location is excellent, and the street in front of the hotel is also quiet and not too busy.

Good location in the center of the city and super clean room

I've stayed here several times, and the service and cleanliness are excellent. When my room leaked due to heavy rain and wind, the staff immediately came and moved us to a new room. It's really good.

The hotel is strategic, the price is affordable, the location is clean.

So far everything is ok, only yesterday in the lobby area while waiting it was a bit hot, but overall it was ok.

There was no kettle or coffee/tea sachets in the room. Coincidentally, the hot shower was off on the day I checked in. So, I was disappointed.
