We booked a non-smoking room. Upon entering, there was still a slight cigarette odor. It's hard to get rid of once someone has smoked, but it's likely a long-standing issue, as it only faintly smelled. Overall, things went really smoothly. The service was also very good and helpful. Okay, let's set it up nicely. It's close to everywhere. There's plenty of food. Blok M is really close.

My second stay at this hotel, this time in a Deluxe room. More space and a view of Jalan Sultan Hasanuddin. Adequate soundproofing. A better Smart TV than the previous room. Totally worth it!

The security guard was inconsiderate, just waiting for a while outside. Because of the rain, he kept asking me if I wasn't allowed to wait outside, even though I had just finished checking out. That's enough to know.

For those staying here, there are only 3 parking spaces. More than that costs 20,000 IDR per night. The staff are all friendly. Nice hotel. Unlimited drinking water. Close to Blok M, which has lots of food.

Wonderful! Strategic hotel to Blok M area, worth every penny!

The location is very strategic, very close to the viral food center. The room was quite clean, but there were a lot of ants. Mineral water was provided in glass bottles for refills, but when we first arrived, it was empty. The receptionist told us we could refill it ourselves in the hallway. In other hotels, when we first arrive, the water is usually filled first, and then refilled.

Liberta Hub is strategic also affordable place to stay and conveniently located within walking distance to Blok M Square, M Bloc Space, and nearby cafes. While the interior design looks stylish, proper maintenance is definitely needed. We booked a 6D5N stays in the Deluxe Room (old building), which did not match the photos. The room was dim and gloomy. The bathroom door was broken and could not be locked, ventilation was poor, resulting in mosquitoes, and soundproofing was extremely weak. Noise from passersby, the lift, and the main road was clearly audible, making it difficult to rest. If you are a light sleeper or prioritise good rest, I do not recommend the Deluxe Room in the old building. All rooms face the main road, are located next to the lift, and have very poor sound insulation. After a restless first night, we requested a room change. We were offered a switch to a Superior Room, despite it being a lower-grade room. I highly recommend choosing rooms in the new building. The difference is significant — quieter, more private, and far more comfortable.

Hotel staff is friendly, rooms are clean.

Check-in and checkout were easy, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel has a distinctive, clean scent, both inside and outside the room. The room was a perfect size, with a clean mattress, clean towels, a smart TV, and a water dispenser. It's very close to Blok M State. Highly recommended for a stopover.

The location is strategic, if you want to go out to eat, it's okay, but the room is dirty, the floor is dirty, the walls are not brick walls, the room is small. For a 3-star hotel, there are still many things that need to be improved.
