The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The only thing lacking is the bed cover which is a bit fluffy and needs to be replaced. The pillows are high.

Some of the staff are not friendly

The first time I stayed at Thekanjeng, the place is comfortable and strategic, the staff is friendly, the room is big and clean.

The sink was leaking, the TV couldn't be used, the wifi didn't work, I asked the night shift and they said they would check it, but no action was taken until the morning until I checked out.

Checked In at 2 am, no staff at front. No electricity at the room at all and it took 30 minutes to the staff figure out how to turn on the electricity. After the electricity was working the air conditioner was broken and we need to wait another 15 minutes to staff change the remote and still not working. Finally change another room at last.

The hotel staff is friendly and the hotel facilities are very good. The location access is also strategic.

What I saw in the picture did not match the condition of the hotel. Dirty and dirty. The bathroom smells bad. Not suitable for families, let alone bringing babies.

Unacceptable Room Conditions, Inconvenient Resolution Attempts, and Early Check-Out Request. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the condition of the rooms I have been assigned during my stay at your hotel. I am currently in room 202. Firstly, upon arrival in my initial room, I discovered the toilet was malfunctioning and wouldn't flush. This is a basic sanitary requirement and rendered the room unusable. Secondly, the towels provided were in an unacceptable state. They were more akin to rags, with holes and frayed edges. The front desk staff kindly offered to move me to a different room. Unfortunately, the situation has not improved significantly. While the toilet functions in this room, the sheets are heavily stained, with yellow stains present throughout. When I brought this to the attention of the staff at 11 pm, I was informed that I would need to wait at least 30 minutes for clean sheets to be delivered from laundry. This is incredibly inconvenient, especially considering the late hour and my desire to get some rest. The combination of these issues has significantly impacted the quality of my stay at your hotel. I expect a certain standard of cleanliness and functionality from my accommodations, and what I have encountered falls far short. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this situation. Ideally, I would like to be offered a room with clean and functional amenities. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

TV doesn't work, only 1 drinking water. Wifi is so slow it doesn't even work.

I stayed 4 nights there. I got soap and shampoo but on the second day the soap wasn't filled until it was finished on the third day and my colleague even took a shower using shampoo. On my bed on the second day suddenly there were lots of ants and the status of the room had been cleaned. Even though we didn't eat in the room or put food away. Towels are available and we ask for them to be changed every day. The towels that were prepared had holes in them and even had large brown stains even though the other towels were white. Please improve cleanliness. Unfortunately the staff is friendly.

The staff is friendly, even though there are not many guests, but breakfast is provided with a fairly extensive menu. Breakfast rations are 2, eating 4 is not charged, Thank you.

First time to The Kanjeng, I was a bit scared after seeing the reviews when I went in. It turned out that the room was really nice, the staff were friendly and very helpful, the price was affordable, I will come back again next time.
