I just love how The Singhasari Resort combines traditional Javanese elements with modern luxury. The ornaments, furniture, wooden details, ambience — everything feels warm, elegant and very well thought out. My husband and I have always loved hotels with this kind of “Jawa but make it modern” character, like JW Marriott, Shangri-La, Dialoog, and The Sultan. And somehow, The Singhasari gives us exactly that feeling. It has character without feeling old-fashioned, luxurious without feeling too flashy. Definitely one of those hotels where I actually enjoy just walking around and looking at the details. So, so beautiful. 🤎

There are many paid facilities now, but at the beginning the receptionist said that the first floor was free except for the spa. The AC is not cold, the outside air is even colder hahaha, WIFI is also slow. This is my third stay and this is the worst. Free bike rental but there is no staff there, you have to go to the reception first, even though it is far away. The Jacuzzi has 2 pools that are out of service. Even though I planned not to go anywhere because I wanted to enjoy the facilities, it was disappointing!!!! Better to go to another hotel for the next trip. Bye Singhasari

Check-in was fast, the staff was friendly, there were plenty of activities for kids, breakfast and dinner were included, and the food was delicious and varied. Stayed for one night, from check-in to check-out, all done at the hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights, it was really good. I would come back again, but I didn't want to be served by the receptionist, whose name I forgot.

The facilities are excellent: clean, fragrant, and the breakfast is delicious. The receptionist, however, was a bit uninformative. Otherwise, it's excellent. Recommended.

It was a pleasure staying here with the kids. There are indoor and outdoor playgrounds, plenty of fun facilities for relaxing. The staff at the children's play area were very friendly and attentive. I requested birthday decorations in the room, which were also very beautiful and included a cake.

On weekends, there are lots of activities for children, but my suggestion for restaurants during breakfast is that it's a shame that the coffee latte is paid, even though other 5-star hotels have it free.

The indoor playground is clean and there are guards, there is an outdoor playground which is also very exciting.

My son really liked the hotel, especially on weekends there were various activities.

Dinner was not very varied.

The location is not too far from the city center, close to recreational areas. The hotel offers complete facilities, including a large swimming pool, a varied children's play area, and a fully equipped fitness center. It's perfect for a family staycation. The hotel's spaciousness ensures it doesn't feel crowded even during the holiday season. The lighting is lacking in some areas, making it feel dark.
