Tebu Hotel Bandung – Convenient and Friendly City-Centre Stay We stayed at Tebu Hotel Bandung from 12–13 August, choosing the hotel primarily because of its convenient location. We needed to remain in the Bandung city center for activities that started early the following day, and Tebu was located very close to our destination, making it a practical choice. We travelled with our elderly mother, so we opted for a Family Room so that several family members could stay together and share the responsibility of looking after her. The room was adequate for a short stay, although we found the space rather limited for a family room. With several people sharing the room, there was not much room to move around, and we were not able to perform 'sholat berjamaah' comfortably in the room. For this reason, I would say the Family Room is particularly suitable for guests or families who mainly need a comfortable place to sleep and do not intend to spend much time in the room. For longer stays, or for families travelling with elderly parents, a little more space would make the experience considerably more comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. The food was also satisfactory and provided a convenient option during our short stay. Overall, Tebu Hotel is a good practical choice for travelers who need to stay in the heart of Bandung, particularly when location and accessibility are the main priorities. With some consideration of how Family Rooms can better accommodate families—especially those travelling with elderly members—the hotel could make the experience even more comfortable. The room is spacious and comfortable for a family. The bed is also comfortable. The downside is that the sound of running water is very clear from the mezzanine room. Every time someone uses the bathroom, the sound of running water is very audible.

I was very satisfied with my stay here, especially since the hotel was able to accommodate my request to surprise my husband two days before. The location is strategic, the rooms are clean. However, the swimming pool is only suitable for children. Thank you, Tebu.

The hotel is close to Gedung Sate and many culinary/restaurants in the surrounding area. The breakfast has a wide variety of menus, and the food is delicious. The check-in and check-out process is smooth. The staff are friendly and helpful. Access to the Pasopati Flyover for the Pasteur toll road is close (about 15 minutes to enter the flyover). The soundproofing of the connecting room door needs to be improved because the sound from the next room can still be heard clearly. Instructions on how to turn on and find smart TV channels should be provided so that the TV can be operated.
