Just need a parking space. Overall, it's good.

The place is nice, only the road to the location is a narrow alley, not a main road.

The room smelled nice, was clean, had cold AC, and everything was fine. Unfortunately, the TV/channels were turned off when I stayed, which made things a bit difficult since I had two small children who loved watching TV.

The only downside is the bathroom door doesn't close properly, otherwise it's fine. There's parking available, though some are available, but access is a bit tight for those driving. There's a well-stocked food stall near the hotel, and there's also a delicious local eatery a few hundred meters away. Motorcycles can be rented at the hotel.

The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, the hotel was undergoing renovations when we stayed, so swimming wasn't possible. Hopefully, we'll stay here again next time we visit Bali.

All the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful in the check-out process and very good at providing information.

It's still under renovation, huhu so you can't swim there, but the location is strategically close to Kuta Beach.

This hotel is very comfortable... It's just that when we stayed there it was under renovation, but the room was very clean and very comfortable.

The roof of the bathroom is leaking. The bed sheet is so humid, but the staff are so friendly and kind.

Overall, it's okay for under 200,000 Rupiah. Although renovations are underway, the work is limited to morning and evening. Unfortunately, the swimming pool isn't yet open. Kuta Beach is only a 10-minute walk away, and there are plenty of food stalls nearby.

The hotel is actually nice, but when I arrived, it was under renovation, making it a bit uncomfortable. They say it'll be finished in June 2026, so it might be more comfortable.

It turns out it is still under repair but is still open for bookings even though the hotel is really still under repair and is not suitable as a place to rest.

This hotel is very close to Kuta Beach Walk, within walking distance, and is reasonably priced. Unfortunately, it was undergoing renovations when we visited, so the swimming pool was unavailable.

Came during renovation, no restaurant

Poor soundproofing, inoperable television, inoperable swimming pool, no information about renovations, not worth the price, and not matching the photos. Only friendly service. Regret comes later, yes, it's true.

Maybe if the hotel has been renovated, it will be visible. Whether it is comfortable or not. I ordered a deluxe barcom room and was given a twin. The reason was that the rooms were full. I came and left straight away so I didn't have time to stay overnight.
