During a long weekend, I was still able to get a room near my workplace at a reasonable rate, which was incredibly grateful! The bathroom water wasn't clear at first, so I went to the receptionist and was offered a temporary solution: gallon water, and the service department quickly fixed it and drained it. I also managed the lost and found situation well when I left my shoes behind. The staff, from the security guard, the information desk, the restaurant, and the customer service, were all great!

When I first entered the room, the bathroom shower was broken and smelled of cockroaches. I immediately told the hotel staff to replace it. Thankfully, they immediately replaced it with a new one. I liked the quick response. Thank you. 🙏 Just a suggestion: improve room cleanliness in the future.

My first experience staying at this hotel, it was worth the price, but the bathroom drain still needs to be fixed, as it tends to smell bad, which is very disturbing. The shower water pools on the floor, making it easy to slip. The food variety is a bit lacking. They could have added a little more variety to the side dishes and made them more appetizing. Hopefully, things will get better in the future 🙏🏻

If you go to Solo, you absolutely must stay at this hotel. It's an affordable hotel with facilities that will make you feel at home. There's an indoor and outdoor playground, a swimming pool, friendly service, it's clean, and the food is delicious. It's top notch.

During check-in, it was raining heavily and windy, but security was quick to assist with umbrellas. The receptionist was prompt at check-in. The room was clean and tidy, with warm water and a comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast offered a varied menu, from light snacks to substantial meals. Highly recommended for a family vacation; I'll definitely be back.
