The check-in process was very easy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pavilion rooms were also comfortable. However, the food and drink service took a bit of a while, as I was there during the holidays and the hotel was packed. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tanjung Kodok Beach Resort.

The hotel and location are quite good, it's just a shame the swimming pool is dirty and the water is salty, and breakfast should be according to the room contents (3ned = breakfast for 3 people).

It's a great place for a family trip. The pool water isn't as cold as a rock, and the view from the pool is beautiful. The room also has a full view of the beach.
