Check in was at 2:40 PM, which should have been 2:00 PM. If you weren't angry, you wouldn't have paid much attention, with the excuse that today's hotel guest checked out at 12:00 PM, so the room wasn't ready yet. That's the case everywhere, so it's not an excuse.

With relatively affordable prices, the hotel is very comfortable, safe, and strategically located. Best of luck to Hotel Hatika.

Wi-Fi is less than user-friendly, sometimes not connecting at all. Hopefully, Wi-Fi will be improved in the future.

Located near Tanjung Pendam Beach. It's very strategic and convenient. Accessible to everything from Satam Roundabout, Kopi Kongdjie, the beach—it's all about the fun.

Very comfortable and close to culinary locations

A well-maintained, old-fashioned 4-star hotel located across from the beach and restaurants, close to major tourist attractions and souvenir shops. Unfortunately, the beach was very dirty when I was there in late December. The service was good: my jet spray was broken and immediately replaced. When I checked in, I was given a room that smelled of cigarettes and was directed to another room on the third floor. Everything was handled promptly, quickly, and friendly. 👍🏻 I booked a large bed room, and the room was quite large and comfortable. The lighting was dim; there was no central lamp. Breakfast was okay, with limited variety but sufficient. The fish gangan was delicious.

The rooms are spacious, the service is good, the breakfast is complete and there are many choices.

The place is very comfortable, the view in front of the hotel is very beautiful, especially in the afternoon you can enjoy the sunset.
