The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The AC wasn't cold enough at first. The room didn't have a window. The restaurant was good, but there weren't many choices, especially for children.

Staff: Friendly & Prompt Room: - Air freshener might be needed to make the room more comfortable. - The TV probably needs updating as the LCD is only half-clear. - The door access sensor might need to be checked more often, as it took me a while to get into the room. - The AC isn't cold enough, even though I'm on level 17.

The room is clean and quite spacious, the fruits are not fresh enough, there are many food menus but the taste is just so-so, the staff are friendly. If I go to Jakarta, I always stay here because there are many places to eat around the hotel.

The staffs are friendly and the location is good, a lot of restaurants/food especially in the evening. The room is bit dirty, looks like not sweep the floor really good and there are some hair on the bed. Overall the hotel is ok.

The room has no ventilation, it only relies on air conditioning, and the air conditioning leaks water into the room, so when I stayed there, I had to put a bucket of water underneath.

While staying there, there was a foreign tourist who banged on the room door (it seemed like he was drunk or on drugs). He stood in front of the door for a long time and blew his nose in front of the room. He tried to call the receptionist but was not helped.
