Got a room on the 2nd floor, up the stairs but the stairs are wide. The location is a bit inside the alley but fits 2 cars, the car park is quite spacious. Right next to the hotel there is a Javanese noodle seller and it's delicious, please try to buy it if you stay here. The bathroom also has hot water.

It was really great, I will definitely come back again later.

Hotel is at a rather quiet environment, further away from main attraction of Malioboro street, around 10mins or 800m walk to Station Tugu across Malioboro entrance. Not bad but not good also if you need closer to the main attraction area. The room is very spacious. Facilities are okay, just bathroom concern maybe need renovation, it feels too homey, unclean, outdated, and in my opinion below standard. Spacious parking if required, easy to order taxi or online transportation. Many chairs dan tables to sit while waiting or just relaxing at the side of the hotel. Coffee shop here is serving delicious drinks; Good service but need to improve service time faster. There are several good dining place near the hotel: bakmi jawa amongroso, sate babi maranatha, pempek, bakso, etc. There's also barbershop above but didn't get the chance to try it.

The room is spacious, clean and fragrant, the price is still affordable with satisfactory room facilities, especially for those who bring toddlers like me, there is a kettle to make milk for children, with a large bed size that fits 4 people.

Access is a bit confusing, breakfast food is too cold, standard menu is minimal with that room rate. Friendly service. The hot water in the morning is not optimal.

The hotel location is close to the station but not for walking, prefer to take a pedicab (you have to bargain first) or you can use an online motorbike taxi which is even cheaper👍. As soon as you opened the door to room 208 you were immediately greeted by the fragrant smell of the room, it was clean, the room was spacious, there were large windows, the staff were friendly, amenities were provided, and the breakfast was ok. There is a 24 hour coffee shop in front of it. The only minus is that there is no lift.
