Regarding staff friendliness, the interns and security guards are friendlier than the hotel staff. The parking area is quite spacious, and extended parking is available in the front yard. The swimming pool is child-friendly, but the facility's maintenance needs improvement. Many floors are slippery in the pool area and bathrooms, the toilets smell strongly, the cleanliness of the bedrooms needs improvement, and the maintenance of towels and bedcovers needs training in laundry. Otherwise, for just an overnight stopover, this hotel is a good choice, especially if you're traveling with children.

I sincerely request improvements in service and cleanliness. I happened to receive a recommendation for this boutique hotel, and honestly, my first impression was quite shocking. Upon check-in, I found socks hanging in the room, tissues in the doorway, and hair in the bathroom. The front desk staff was quite helpful with my room complaint, and I was eventually moved to a new room. I requested a double check of the cleanliness, but I was still disappointed as I found pantyliners and a broken bathroom mirror. Since I was tired, I didn't complain about the room anymore. The room could actually use better maintenance to make guests more comfortable. The food in the restaurant was adequate in terms of taste, but the menu was lacking in variety. Security could probably be more aware and sensitive, as during my 3-day/2-night stay, I never met or even greeted anyone, let alone directed me to park my vehicle.

It was a really fun staycation there, even for a day. I booked a superior twin-bed room with a balcony. The kids were happy, and so was mom. There's a kid-friendly pool, also close to the breakfast area and lobby. The staff was friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious. I'll be back next time.
