room facilities do not match what is listed in the promo. .type deluxe balcony room ... No bathrobe, toiletries only toothbrush and toothpaste.. No soap shampoo, there is only an empty bottle that is not refilled. Dirty bathtub, not cleaned before guests enter.

Sangat nyaman, ranjang yang tidak terlalu sempit, pelayanannya sangat baik dan ramah. Cocok banget untuk quality time. Next kita sini lagi ☺ maaf banget ga bisa poto, tapi emang sebagus itu dan word it menurut aku harganya. Salah satunya kebersihannya sangat terjaga 😇.

The first room given is dusty and the location of the hotel is far from town and dead. The actual room is not as in photo. The customer service provided by online agent is worst. Poor customer service.

Room lots of mosquitoes. Afur shower clogged, the hotel does not have an elevator. The plus points are: refrigerator, pantrey, etc. are good.

First, the receptionist gave me a wrong key, an occupied room. 2nd, both towels were smelly and old. The bathroom/toilet also smelly. The boiler pot was unclean; Small insect inside. I cancel to not using it. I think the"hotel"need more maintenance.

The location is very strategic, the rooms are very comfortable, the room needs are very complete and the entire staff is very friendly and very helpful. The check-in process is very fast. The parking lot is very wide.

Maaf, saya bukan mau menjatuhkan hotel ini. Tapi saya customer yang kecewa. Ini review jujur. Saya tidak akan banyak bicara, foto akan menjelaskan semuanya. Saya membayar untuk 1 malam dengan harga 400ribu lebih. Saya tidak dapat kenyamanan dan ketenangan di sini. Hanya beberapa menit saya masuk kamar, saya segera check out tanpa refund dan tanpa basa basi. Ini masukan bagi pihak hotel agar tidak mematok harga yang tidak sesuai dengan kondisi kamar. Invoice DP juga bekas, penuh coretan. Foto tidak bisa saya upload karena sudah melebihi batas upload foto.

The floor of the room is not clean, the soles of the feet are dusty during the stay. On the second day the room was not tidied up. There is a problem with the door handle, because it keeps beeping even though the door is closed tightly.
