The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly, and the shuttle service was very helpful for getting to and from the airport.

24-hour service, perfect for a quick overnight stay while waiting for an early flight at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The bed is clean and comfortable, and there's a water heater for coffee and tea. Overall, the room is decent and standard for the price.

Affordable price, the room is really good for that price, but access to the hotel is a bit roundabout, but exiting the hotel is easy.

The building and properties are old. Towels are greyish, water heater were not working, and the water flow in the shower was weak. Lines was old as well.

The staff was friendly and provided a solution when I missed the shuttle bus schedule. Cleanliness is in dire need of improvement; it seems the rooms are rarely occupied, so they're rarely dusted. The sheets made me itchy, the dust on the table bothered me, and my phone felt sticky with dust when I used it. I'm sensitive to dust, so I had to take antihistamines that night to sleep soundly without itching and sneezing.

The staff is friendly, but on the 2nd floor, the room that was given was not hot water, even though I had ordered a deluxe room, I had also reported it to the staff below, who said they would check it, but after waiting, there was no response.

The hotel is very close to the airport, eliminating the need to pay tolls. The rooms are comfortable, but the bathrooms are a bit uncomfortable.

In short, J-Hotel is really great, it's everyone's dream

The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, the small pillow smells musty and it looks like it has never been washed and there are still underwear from the previous guest staying there.

The room was okay, quite spacious, as they say it's 16m2. Unfortunately, the sheets had stains in several places. The pillowcase had a small hole, the towels were very shabby and smelled musty, especially the doormat. The towels and doormat should have been replaced with new ones. The bathroom was quite slippery. As for the food, it was just standard. When I arrived around 9am, there was already only a little left. The menu was white rice, curry rice, fried chicken, ca bok choy, vermicelli, crackers with chili sauce, and delicious tofu soup. There were only two bowls of porridge left. There was fried cassava, white bread with jam, papaya, and watermelon. There was jelly, galangal rice, and refreshing rosella tea. They should have added an egg stand too. It's okay for transit. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they let me borrow an iron. Unfortunately, the wifi was slow. Hopefully, it will be better in the future.

I was just in transit, checking in at 10:30 PM and checking out at 5:00 AM because my flight was at 6:30 AM. The hotel was quite clean.

The location is close to Soekarno-Hatta Airport. It's perfect for transit. For the price, it's generally okay. It seems to be a popular choice for Umrah pilgrims.
