Very disappointed. I usually book here and get a Smart TV, but when I checked in yesterday, I got a room without one. The floor tiles were loose, and the chairs were deflated, with no foam. Contacting the front desk was completely useless.

There was only one problem yesterday, at first we were given a room that was uncomfortable because the AC was not cold enough and it was in a corner.
